"The ASCA's"
The Skin Center celebrates annual Staff Awards with surpise winners selected by the staff for outstanding performance and service. There are 10 categories for the top employees and special certificates and awards are given to the category winners each year!
Here are some of last year's winners who celebrated with a surpise trip and shopping spree to South Coast Plaza in Orange County.

The Skin Center is looking for outstanding staff to join our team. We seek to invest in dedicated professionals to join our growing and successful corporation. Our ideal candidates are very committed to long term and permanent relationships. Please note that most positions at The Skin Center require a minimum of 3.5 GPA and 4 year college degree.

Volunteer Positions at The Skin Center:
Our volunteers are men and women who volunteer their time to assist patients, staff and The Skin Center.

Certificate of Excellence after 250 hours
Duties May Include:
- Greeting of patients
- Calling patients after surgery
- Contacting seniors for follow up who live alone
- Running errands
- Service in patient care areas
- Service with children
- Special events
Requirements:
- Caring, friendly and cheerful attitude
- Demonstration of responsible behavior
- Minimum age: 14 years old (in high school)
- Maximum Age: none
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance ( 10-20 minutes) of our Center
- Attendance at monthly meetings the 1st Thursday each month from 4-5 p.m. at the Skin Center
- Attendance at the new volunteer orientation & annual training meetings
- Commitment of one year of service
- Commitment to volunteer at least 20 hours per month
On special request, The Skin Center may offer a select few individuals a "short term" or "summer program"
3 Month minimum sessions
Patient Greeter (available Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays)
Mohs Surgery Patient Assistant and Patient Liason(available Thursdays)

Resident Physicians at The Skin Center:
Minimum of 4 week block rotations are available to U.S. and foreign medical Residents wishing to gain dermatology exposure
Require minimum 30 hours per week.
Please contact us directly to inquire about available time slots for your formal clerkship
Opportunities for outstanding clinical experience and research opportunities
1-2 year physician fellowship positions available starting in July of each year for licensed MD's
focusing on Mohs surgery, Laser, Cosmetic Services, and Medical and Surgical Dermatology
